like everyone will tell ya,its not easy at times,we all make mistakes at times,it doesnt matter who you are but az long az this recession doesnt take a turn for the worse,then you've chosen a great time to get in,while everythings cheap......... i wish i had got in now,but got in aim in late 2010,so its been a continuous downtrend ,well nearly,ha ha..
