that bad eh,hard call that,bow and xel could be ages yet before sold or go it alone,whichever it is,think ide be tempted to rent if its that bad or you could get a bridging loan or commercial mortgage,thats what i did when i couldnt sell my other house before this one.....the interest rates are about 1 or 2% higher tho,well they was when i did it....... renting?..the easiest option i guess.........
