Volatile little beggar as of late! Drop to below 2.90 just 2 sessions ago gave hope to the bears but it bounced back strong 90+points for the umpteeenth time and appears to be threatening to hit higher highs. Like gold, matter of patience before it breaks lower support. Until then, v tradeable due to recent whipsaw movements....though admittedly quite scary!

Hitting lower lows! Goodbye 70s and hey presto, hello the 60s. Many claimed 1300s wld never be breeched yet here we are at $1264.........and wldnt surprise me if gold continues to head lower even below 1250/1240 level at which point, gold is in serious trouble. 1280 minimum required for gold to turn neutral/bullish so currently bearish and ££ to be made much quicker with sign'y less boredom (!) in other instruments. Until the $ ceases to rise, gold is in a v precarious position imo and ironically even the volatility in the global markets has done nothing to help gold rise......safe haven days of gold seem to be long gone..... Personally, Ive finally closed my shorts this morn, held for the longest time ever (or what seems like it!) since $1350s. Gold has become way too boring/slow to trade and personal targets hit plus perserverance tested to the limit with Gold Bulls ranting on abt $1400s etc for 4+ months. Sink, rise, I no longer care!!! :)

Good news is today is the longest day of the year! Yeaaah! Bad news is it's downhill after today! Not so yeaaah.... Have a great day everyone and GL:)

Thanks for that WOMC. Cld be a holdings RNS, an II finished selling or even buying, who knows. Whatever, sentiment returned in mins....watched it closely those last 30-40 mins..... From FOB (Fear of Buying) to FOMO in literally mins.......from 68p to 80p... and finishing at 78.5p mid. Wonder how many bought at above 75p but wldnt buy at 68-72? Human behaviour, it's almost so predictable :) Hope tmrw is a good day for us. Like UKOG, expect sentiment and turnover to push it up in next few sessions bar any negative RNS....we shall see. Totally undone day's drop within 30 mins! Bb is horrific though. Suspect I'd have lost what little sanity I have left had I stayed on, lol! Glad i stayed off there and just added whilst seeing what further damage Trump and Draghi and Powell cld do to the market this pm. A lot as it turns out!! :)
