Size of any DPA agreement will be based on ability to pay.... otherwise what is point if it cannot be paid ?!

Pfc has not been charged, eirher criminally or civily. I think a Dpa will be agreed out of court with no admission of guilt. I think $200m spread over 4 years looks appropriate.

All companies arrange finance well in excess of their requirements as a matter of prudence.

To be fined, there needs to be a proven case against Pfc, not a loose cannon employee.

There may be a negotiated settlement, there may not. SFO may drop the investigation.But we are in endgame after nearly 4 years.
