Acquisition RNS suggests a placement AND OO, so may be a combination of both !

I think share placement or OO details will come out with refinancing details. I understand higher cash flows since 1.1.2021 will knock down the consideration paid, so full $50m may not be required. Also, shares may just be placed with IIs.

If you want to raise funds just in case of an OO, could you sell 1/5th of yiur shareholding and keep that cash handy ?

At $70 oil, both are very viable to develop. Bressay will be done first. Technology and experience of developing heavy oil fields are both improving every day.
