Does anyone have an opinion on when first dividends might be paid and hazard a guess as to how much they would be per share?

Thank you for taking the time to respond... I'll do a bit of research on this one. .! :)
Cheers, LN
Another one to avoid is Chris Fraser who stuffed all the local and long term holders in Sirius Minerals :(
This company came up as a recommendation via a friend who works in the financial sector. Nice rise today but there’s nothing much happening it seems.
Can any of you long term holders give a bit of a commentary on this company please?
I've just bought 35000 of the little rascals through HL this morning without any trouble...
Laker 23; my dad was a Pudsey lad so that's easy! :)
Having bought in just before the CAD debacle (LTH's will know what I mean), my £62k (invested at an average of 2.4p) is looking a little sorry for itself...
Absolute shambles.
Well I thought I would be in for some stick by posting a snippet and I wasn’t wrong...
Those sparky jokes though... great..! No, really..!! :(
I merely passed on what I was told by a good friend... Some of my shares were purchased at 36p and I am well under water currently, but I have been in here since the time of Borolad, Troopermerlin et al and I have never ramped a share in my life... My sparky mate isn’t invested so he has nothing to gain from giving me false info.
I will be the first to apologise if we don’t hear something regarding the deal in December, but I wonder if I shall be afforded the same courtesy by those who were quick to jump down my throat..?
He he he... Well in all honesty I expected some flak. Like I said in my first post, DYOR.
I don’t invest on the advice of others and you’re all big boys and girls now so don’t take my word for it.
If it happens, it happens... if not, my mate will get some Sirius (pardon the pun) stick..! :)
Gents,
please don’t take my earlier post as read: - DYOR..!
My mate lives in Leeds to be near to his kids since his divorce (I am in north Manchester). He came into the club on Saturday and I hadn’t seen him in months, but he knew I was invested in SXX.
He said funding was all but done and dusted... HOWEVER... Like everyone else I have seen all too many posts saying this that and the other... ramping like mad. He knows I am posting this so either he will be my hero or zero. And if it’s the latter he’ll get a load of s@#t from the rest of the lads at the club. I will believe it when I see it but he’s the nearest thing I have to salvation.!
PS. He’s an electrician at the mine
I’m going to call funding by the second week in December... Don’t know if my tipster is talking *******s or not but by putting it on here I have you lot as witnesses... :)
I have never ramped a share in my life ( you can check my history) but this guy works at Woodsmith so we’ll see within the next months or so... I’m down on paper big-style currently so I’m hoping he’s right!
DYOR
Hi Hulie,
Just come back from a golf trip to Thailand... Red Mountain GC (Kathu ) near Phuket... Best course I've ever played from a scenic point of view.
It also allowed me to forget my AST nightmare for a couple of weeks... :(
Stuffed in 2 shares... this one and SXX...
What I wouldn’t give to go back 5 years lol
£6250 from each of the 80,000 PI’s to raise £500,000,000... Doesn’t seem too bad when you say it quick lol
Any thoughts on how the BOD / company views PI’s..? I might be mistaken, but I thought I saw someone comment that the BOD wanted more II’s than PI’s.
Being a regular Joe (i.e. not an financial expert) I’m not sure why that would be the case given that it was the PI’s who funded this from the get-go. I hope the BOD don't forget that...
It would be interesting if it wasn’t nearly seven months out of date...!
I'm probably over-invested in SXX... AST isn't doing me any favours at the moment, but that board is full of experts who miraculously seem to be able to time their dealings (in or out) just in time.
I have done my research; I have seen other posters express opinions (good and bad); my SXX holding is just shy of 360,000 shares and my average is nearly 35p. Part of me is thinking that I'm top heavy but in all honesty, if the bean-counters cannot make SXX work we might as well all chuck it in. My my part, I'm chucking my last wad into the hat this afternoon...£37,500 for transparency's sake, and that's my lot...! (Hope I'm not dunce of the day / week / month / year)
Been here since the days of TrooperMerlin, Borolad and others (LTH’s will know what I mean) and always a long term share for me this one... However, it seems to me it is only the PI’s who are suffering from huge dilution...
Horrible to know that to purchase the 450,000 shares I hold now would cost me around £70,000 as opposed to the £112,000 it actually cost me :(
I was down massively but reduced down my £65k at an average of 2.5p... I honestly thought it was curtains for AST; let’s hope this isn’t a flash in the pan. I would be happy to get out with 3. To be honest; my nerves are shot.
Really chuffed for long suffering / long term holders if this pans out though..! :)
LTH's sitting on paper losses for a year?? I'm in the unfortunate position of having bought in at nearly 5.5p just before the CAD fiasco; - so coming up for 3 years... I'm nearly £65k down on paper, and I'm not holding out much hope of seeing even half of that to be honest.
