yes, 12p is my first selling point. Perhaps 66% of my holdings then let the rest ride. But, I am a greedy so and so, the 12p threshold is negotiable, subject to confirmation and dependent on the mood swings of the family canine....as far as meeting up mate, if this gets above 12p you'll not find me.

Ooohh com'om grogations don't get all snowflakey on us buddy. A bit of legpulling for the new boy will not do you any harm.
Some old hands are a bit wary of new posters, you will have seen them come and go over the last 10 years. Hang around, you might enjoy it!

The trend seems to be - sell a % of your current holding then leave the funds in your account to cover the cost of the open offer plus any charges.

After more than 10 years holding this stock please excuse my cynicism. If any possible partner has left it this late to come up with a deal acceptable to the board, I have a feeling they are not coming on board, thus, I am expecting BPC to go it alone.
