A follow up from my previous messages and some confirmation.....
1. Burnside has been sold
2. Traf have been trying to negotiate a revised price on Leatherhead that reflects the current market but that seems to be difficult.
3 Orchard House is under offer and with solicitors
4. Traf is looking at several opportunities but conscious of making any offers due to the market.
Otherwise the position remains as given in our email of 1 June.
Nothing specific on the Hydroponics but the email on the 1 June did say: Unfortunately, for reasons of confidentiality, it is not possible to make any comment at the moment, however it is expected that an announcement of interest to all shareholders will be made shortly.
So maybe we will get a surprise on that side of the business soon....
I'm not sure about this one as on the Half Year report it stated that it was up for offer but they were awaiting for the buyer to sell their property. But it actually shows that Orchard House sold back in 2019.....
But it is back on the market at present, but not sure if it is Trafalgar selling it.....

Morning ........
It has almost been another month since my last enquiry. We need a business update here and soon. Shareholders value has halved in the last 6 months and the company at present is valued at around £300k.
I think we as shareholders have been very patient and in being patient, supportive. However the last business update was on the 21st of November.
We want to know what’s going in regards to:
• Hydroponics facility. Research and development. Has there been any developments since purchasing the R/D facility?
• The development in Leatherhead Surrey. Last we were told that planning permission was given….Has the land been purchased and are we going on to build the development?
• Has Flat 2 at Burnside been sold as it was under offer at the time
• Did the purchase for Orchard House for £1,050,000 gone through as we were waiting on the buyer to sell their property?
• Any other new business development.
If you can share this with the group CEO it would be appreciated.
We know nothing more than the last update last year....so surely the property should have been sold by now and we should at least get an update on the hydroponics. I did get an email a few weeks back to say there should be some sort of update soon.....Come next week I will be chasing them up on that update. Any whiff of some development on the hydroponics side and this should fly. With a £400k MC it can quickly move to around £2M MC which is a five bagger from here. My average now sitting at 0.17 after yesterday buys.
It does however look that there is a seller. Every time a few buys goes through it is used to offset a sizeable sell...same yesterday.
So once the stock has ceased trading are you going to come back to this message board to see if anybody is gloating i.e. them receiving 3-5p per share? Don't think so....so I would say nobody would care what is paid out once Friday comes..
This is not new news and known to the market for weeks....as such the price and value of the company!
It is now Tuesday and effectively 3 trading days left (incl. today). I wonder if the company will provide some further news on the fund left over for distribution to shareholders before it gets suspended.
The one thing I would say is that the trading pattern is a bit weird....A lot of small trades going through at once. The only other time I saw that was when IBPO was delisting recently. But then IBPO wasn't in effect a cash shell wanting to close down and distribute cash to shareholders......
A bit of trading going on now around the 0.35 mark, but not sure if that is buys or sells....
Is it realistic to expect that the BOD need to make some sort of announcement to say what money will be left to dispense amongst share holders before it gets suspended.....or will it be after?
I do. But the only value in these shares now is the potential return of £2-£5m to shareholders (what ever is left once everything is paid for). Purplebricks the actual company it was before has been sold and has nothing to do with this company anymore....
You do understand that what you are referring to as Purplebricks is not this company anymore?
