Not only 30k to invest, we have money coming in from our coys! Then look at RCN. That is now over 160p and rising. Look at CTP; knocking on 3p and should see 5/6p by end of the year. PINN will get going but we are up there as well. Once the controlled share sell of placement shares is cleared, and it will be before we get next news, I am looking at 6/7p in near future. Just like RCN, this will become a dividend paying coy, and one thing is that this will not be inside 10p. Very few good strong, income generating and growing coys come in AIM and that are inside 5p. Both CTP and MXCP are massive buying opportunities at present imo.

Update on Oxford Advanced Surfaces Limited During the year under review OASL secured two commercial supply partners for its products. The first was in industrial coatings where the combination of our ability to prime hard-to-bond plastics along with our ease of use in the field was the only viable option available, and the second was in motorsport; a Formula One® constructor. As a result of this second engagement OASL has expanded its efforts in motorsport and its products are currently under test by several other Formula One® constructors as well as those involved in the broader motorsport industry. OASL has identified its key markets as automotive, aerospace, marine, defence, energy and industrial. Its most developed market is automotive, where its initial motorsport base has helped develop relationships with niche vehicle manufacturers and suppliers to bulk automotive manufacturers. Motorsport also provides an excellent launch-pad for the aerospace, defence and marine industries and business development efforts in these key markets is already underway. At the date of this report OASL has two further customers in scale pilot trials; one in the construction industry and one in composite materials development that would target the defence and marine markets. It has a further 20 live evaluations (mostly automotive and industrial applications) and is following up on over 55 leads. OASL also ran further scale-up trials during the year and significantly simplified its manufacturing process. As a result of this OASL has identified a suitable small scale toll manufacturer and the process is now ready for transfer to volume manufacture as customer demand increases.

From 2006 to 2014 Mr. Bretherton, who is 59, was an executive director of ORA Capital Partners Ltd. In August 2014 he became Executive Chairman of AIM listed Sarossa plc which invests in technology companies. Mr Bretherton owns 3,173,824 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.6 per cent of the shares in issue.

MXC Holdings is the original investment vehicle established by Ian Smith and Tony Weaver in 2009 that led investments including Redstone plc, Maxima Group Holdings plc and Accumuli plc and in which Ian Smith and Tony Weaver remain the significant shareholders. It now holds a significant stake in Redcentric plc and certain other quoted investments (which have an aggregate market valuation as at the date of this announcement of £15.6 million), as well as holdings in certain private companies and a profitable consultancy services division which generates revenue from board fees and consultancy services (including all the income in relation to Ian Smith and Tony Weaver's board positions). On 13 April 2015 RCN announced that it had acquired Calyx Managed Services Ltd for cash consideration of £12.0m ("the Acquisition"). Redcentric acquired Calyx from MXC Capital Limited ("MXC ") following a period of significant restructuring, which included the disposals of the Break Fix and Carrier Services divisions. The Acquisition is considered a related party transaction under the AIM Rules for Companies on the basis that MXC is a substantial shareholder in the Company and Tony Weaver, CEO of Redcentric, is a substantial shareholder of MXC. In addition, Redcentric agreed a corporate finance advisory fee of £300,000 to MXC for advisory services in relation to the Acquisition under an existing engagement with MXC, which is retained as corporate finance adviser to the Company (further details are in note 27 to the financial statements). The payment of the advisory fee is considered to be a related party transaction under the AIM Rules for Companies.

buys have gone in today including 21K reported late. News on acquisition is getting closer and will attract more big buys prior to that imo.
