Just read the RNS, and Haris sold 1m shares on Friday, yet 1.41m shares were bought in two quick transactions. Who bought the other 410,000? Could be two II ? Definitely the sp was walked down by the MM'S to accommodate a big buyer.

After the results, and 1.41m selling of shares by Haris.The fundamentals haven't changed, company is getting the business on track for growth. Skinny Tan is flying, branding complete and rollout continuing. Roots will be given the same treatment, it will follow Skinny Tan, this year expect Roots in more majors. Charles +Lee, and Stevie K will follow after Roots. Bod giving attention to the £ making products 1st. Tesco deal for full rollout of Skinny Tan and Roots would be brilliant, as achieved by Boots.

So Haris sold to II,still the same shares are in sticky hands. Same min floating shares around. Doesn't mean anything. Company in better shape now, would prefer Haris to sell all shares to II,just don't trust him?

The fact that BS represented the company, while actively shorting didn't help. And they did with most they brokered for. Until Spain is proved up next January, and Italy gives permit approval, the sp is staying static.Two commercial discoveries,and one revenue generating. Doesn't make the mcap £4m, it should be £10-12m.Hopefully next weeks meeting with the Italian ministry of Energy, should give us a good indication of when our asset will be put in production. If Spain is the monster in waiting, this will be £25-30 m mcap before spud.(and know im not deramping, just frustrated like most )

And maybe someone sold out, we'll find out when the TR1 notification is published. Could be some II increasing their position, which would indicate they know something more than us retail investors?

Gunner1 mate apparently the administrators of BS wanted to take 1/2 of clients ££ in fees. Until investors piped up, and demanded their full amounts. Up to £500m of clients money was held with BS, and BS were shorting shares in companies they represented.Once that ££ comes back on Monday, expect more liquidity and hopefully better weekly swings on good RNS. Still doesn't fully answer why the sp is low, but a lot of companies with good RNS, that also haven't bagged since BS fallout. IMHO

That's 1.401m shares in two quick transactions, 10% of the share issue, gotta be II .They are in long term 3-5 years, expecting this to move quickly as less stock available. Over 50% now with the Bod and II,just need a TR1 notification for the above purchase.

Just back from the gym, and yes two massive buys . Institutional Investors buying in must have met the BOD for future guidance. Like I said yesterday, the MM'S walked the sp down, for this very reason.

If warrants, then a RNS is published to confirm. Companie added warrants recently on 18th September, confirmed by RNS. Just a distressed Seller.

Who knows mate, distressed Seller is a distressed Seller. MM'S happy to buy @ £1.25 and offload @£1.40 . The sp was drifting @09.00 onwards. Even though buys were coming in . MM'S made££. Probably got quoted lower than sp so decided to sell all.

Said earlier quote, tree shake. 09.30 sell appears for 100,000 @ £1.25, Clearly a distressed Seller sp was £1.40 . Expect the sp to move back up now the distressed selling is gone.

Any ideas how they work the permit for Italy? Know it's so future drilling can go straight into production, as permit covers entire Selva field?

Since 09.00 am there's been 36 buys to 5 sells,and still the sp drifts lower? Some of those buys were decent size. MM'S at it again, either trying a tree shake, to grab cheap shares, or working a big Buy or Sell?
