Totally agree Demon, holding 600k shares here, if imutex sells or floats at the low end estimate with a divi of 0.07p paid, that will be a GBP42k ROI, regardless of any SP rises in between with contract wins/normal business. No brainer surely?
My only disappointment is that still today someone can buy in at my SP average level. Get buying people.

No Offence meant to you Conman, it's been raised a few times in the past weeks, that's why i bit. The Genomic database there is another investable opportunity in its own right which i forgot about, there's so many strings to this company and can't be held down forever.

Why is there constantly a focus on the least attractive part of this company? Testing is yesterdays news, Covid is here and will be part of life onwards until a vaccine is found. This company is a gatekeeper to that vaccine being proven to work, on top of that they have the mainstay non-covid work, vaccines ready at stage 3 for malaria and Flu-V, PrepBio sell off and the immutex sell off. Any one of these opportunities are investable in their own right. Hvivo need the Quotient machine for the challenge studies, CF sees a quid where there is a penny so span out a testing opportunity on it, money for nothing in my book. The focus is bigger things for this company. Good luck all, its coming just a matter of time.

Deepjoy, do not take a step back mate, i definitely appreciate your insights and thoughts on this stock, i am certain others do too. It was a good punt and i think we can replace the word starboard with someone else. We know Berenburgh are acting for someone, as they are controlling this price without a doubt, they are always top of the order book either bid or ask and its clear manipulation. I put a chunk of money in here and i got spiked when the placing was announced (didn’t get any placing shares, as the offer was gone by the time i logged into PrimaryBid), since then I collapsed my portfolio, put it in here and got my average down to 600k shares at just below 13p. I am confident once this seller is out a payday will arrive. This is my surest investment, in the meantime I’ve raised some more cash and have been playing on the sides with the recent multiple baggers In AIM with money i am prepared to lose (i won’t name them in respect to this BB). I won’t lose with Open Orphan. Good Luck to all here.

I understand your point, my view is that they needed the Quotient machine to aid the Covid challenge studies, they must test candidates for antibodies and have they had it etc Pre study, and of course they will need to carry out intense testing on candidates during and after vaccination. I think CF as an entrepreneur saw a money generating opportunity with this machine also. Gotta hand it to the guy really.

Do us all a favour and call your broker, tell them to buy from Berenburgh.

Testing is yesterdays investment, there is a new test being released every day it seems. The market is flooded with them. The future is a vaccine and the only way to expedite the process sits within Open Orphan. In my opinion of course.

Ok gents we can all calm down now, red days do bring out the worst in people. The good ship OO will have a blue day tomorrow when we wake up to the RNS that OO have partnered with Bionical for antibody testing, I’m sure the market will go crazy for the least significant part of this business. We can all be friends again then :)

Understood, but how many vaccines would that pharma company have to churn out a year to get a return on their investment? I think your vaccine has to be independently verified otherwise you'll be selling a Russian vaccine?

I don't buy into a big pharma buy out personally, surely the industry needs independent verification in this area, i.e. a SGS bread and butter role. SGS are not in the Covid arena to my knowledge (i think confirmed on here and by the fact our flying virologist left them up the creek), so that leaves OO, the only independent option for industry. If i was a big pharma i wouldn't go to another big pharma for a challenge study I'd start my own if the independent option wasn't available.

Totally agree Slik, crap volume doesn't help flush them out either! Good news is, we know they have to be out at some point, hang in there and Good Luck to us all.
