But if you think Rockhopper’s case is in ANY similar to PRD, then my confidence in you was very much misplaced. Have you even any idea of the initial costs to even try and persuade an funder to take on such a case . They would laugh PRD out the door . But they would take on the case on a fee basis as PRD have a strong case for “ unreadable behaviour “

I realise what is going on here . I gave some badly needed legal information to correct some very false information and since then have been subject to constant intimidating and bullying .I will be reporting this to site owners and the relevant authorities.

Let me make it simple .PRD can hire solicitor and junior counsel to start off proceeding for “ unreasonable behaviour “ against the Eire government and they would have a strong case but it can’t be on a no fee -no success basis as it’s a commercial case . You cannot take commercial “ no win/ no fee “ cases in Eire - fact not opinion.

They cannot take an ect case because a licence has not been granted but they can take a case for unreasonable behaviour .

-anybody with even basis knowledge if Eire law ,knows there is no “no won/no fee” commercial cases allowed in that jurisdiction. Also PG have never mentioned energy charter case as he knows it’s not applicable in this case “
