Iran stewing in the background and dead set against giving in to pressure from the US over the Nuclear deal, they will probably just carry on and spin up that uranium up at a faster rate reaching high enrichment weapon grade and the US will respond with military action.

And if they do step over that line Trump will take military action and more than likely remove these facilities from the face of the planet.
