On a week with record draw downs, oil prices plummet over the US Fed cutting interest rates by 1/4 percent ! WTF !!!
Who with half a brain cell would invest in Shale oil when it cannot turn a profit at £55 bucks is beyond me.
This surely cannot go on for to much longer, Look at what happened to the banks when they sold every man woman and child cheep mortages, the same thing is happening with shale and its inevitable implosion wont be too fr away

Unless Shale can keep the investment cash cows handing it over then I think 12mb is unsustainable to be honest, Investors want their money back and increasing production its impossible to do that at current oil prices. Something has to give.

Can you imagine how much FCF Shale could make if they reduced production back to 10mbpd
