I think the problem we have is that the EIA forecast falling oil prices next year.
Looking at their graph they expect prices to keep falling steadily towards the end of the year
So they are expecting US production to rise back towards the highs of 2019 and Opec to open the taps in retaliation

The market has no confidence in Enquest unfortunately and we all know why.
