You were a long term Enquest investor up until covid and I believe you still are a big fan of Enquest and you want a cheaper buy in price than where we are sitting now otherwise why waist your time posting on here.

Oil ain't going sub $50 that's for sure, Where are you getting the proof of this massive incoming recession ? Like I've been saying it before and I'll say it again, I only believe what I can basically see of hear from the horses mouth, Everyone I know all in different sectors/trades are flat out with more work than they can handle and that's going into next year. I'm yet to have anyone say .... We are running out of work !

Oil prices over $90 is great for Enquest and 2022 debt reduction is the key to our valuation- I don’t give 2 ****s what goes on next year as we will have gotten rid of the ball and chain (Debt covenants) that’s controlled us for the past 7 years.
Our risk levels will be almost zero to the eyes of the larger investors.
AB know better than all of us lot and he is still buying stock, that’s all you need to know.
Looking forward to The end of the year when we can finally breath out and relax a little.

Supply was tight before the war begun, nothing has changed on that front Russia still pumping flat out but at a cheaper price due to sanctions, Iran the same and the world is still recovering from Covid, Supply cannot meet demand thus the SPR releasing.
Investment still nowhere near enough to even cover decline rates let alone ramp up.

Iran are pumping flat out, Russia is pumping flat out, US is pumping flat out, Opec pumping flat out and still can't meet demand.
Flight numbers around the world are still way off Pre covid levels due the staff issues at most airports, so expect those number to increase next year. Just look at holiday prices for this year and next year, most not far off double the price from the past few years and people still willing to pay it.
Everyone I know is flat out at work with staff shortages holding them back. Just look at the amount of jobs being advertised, thousands and thousands. How we have anyone on the Dol I have no idea !

Where is the extra 3m barrels coming from to cover the SPR releases in the US alone ? Countries around the world have been releasing oil from there stocks to cover the supply shortfalls, Come October when that stops then what ?
Also the lack of Gas supply for fuel will have to be covered by oil or coal.

They managed to carry out maintenance a couple of years ago without shutting down, maybe they are aiming to do the same.

Morning Romaron, The way I see it is we have survived the battle of the past 7 years, low oil prices have gone and we are sitting on enough stock to see us through the next 10 years without having any need to panic, concentrate on those two fields bring them into production and sit back letting the money flow in.
The risk to our investor has all but gone. Enquest is a safe bet with room for huge returns.
What's not to like .
