Building on this excellent operational performance and by remaining disciplined in our investment decisions, we have set the foundation for a pivot to growth during 2024. The Group will provide an update on shareholder return plans when we announce our final audited results in March."
Hi Jan, Enquest aim was already focused on net debt reduction until we have reached the target of 0.5, that’s been the plan for the past few years, 0.5 will be met this year and they will stick to the plan of returning us some money, my bet is that will be inline with the drop in the Kraken lease next year.
You never know we might get a nice surprise
Stevo - Agreed you have to take a balanced view.
Just pointing out that your views haven't been that balanced have they. Come on you have to admit that you hold a negative view on EnQuest and I hope that changes over time.
EnQuest has always kept a tight ship on the run up to news but I wonder if they can keep a lid on next weeks results/news

AB didn’t really respond - what else could he say.
The government screwed us all over not him
I hope we get a clear message of when returns will start with no beating round the bush.
Be even better if buybacks have already gone ahead taking advantage of the low SP.
EnQuest could have easily bought $25m of the shares over the past 3 months after the Bressay RNS, the volume was high enough.
BTF We have no volume
The market is waiting for to see what EnQuest says on the 28th, if returns are delayed or we get a politicians plan of action the market will 100% give up, its last chance saloon time.
The dangled carrot is a little grey, shrivelled and needs a shave.
