Not so, no one has had their KYC verification completed, and I don't think anyone has had a response to their support tickets asking 'why hasn't my KYC verification been completed'. Just a simple 'oh, it might take another 3 weeks' would be good enough, but instead they just ignore their customers. Not a good look.
