25% of the shares is about 650 million. We traded about 100 million today so about 4%, not 25%.

Similar massive after hours buys on GGP , AVCT, NYCT so I think thus is all about being added to the MCSI index today and not about the sale. All good though.

But won't we be removed from the MSCI smallcap index if there is no sale as I'm sure the sp will drop significantly and our Mcap will probably then only qualify us to be in the microcap index, where we are now, rather than smallcap.
