I notice you have taken me to task, but not them who also stated their view as if it was fact. So you are clearly biased towards the genuine trades idea and I am favouring the rollover. But I would suggest I am more likely to be correct as I am sure you wouldn't have been able to buy 7 million shares at 29.1p and I also think such large trades would have had a positive affect on subsequent trading . We have had a small positive movement but we get that late afternoon most days. So I have justified my theory, over to you. ...

Of course I don't know this for certain. But rollovers are a common occurrence and the sp has been completely unaffected (in fact the ask is now lower than it was earlier). On the balance of probabilities I would say rollover 98%, two million pound buys 2%.

The good thing is whoever did this considers it worth rolling over to the next period.
