I don't think yih can really compare pharma in the US with mining in Europe. Even pharma in Europe comnands lower prices than in the US and mining in Europe wod ve lower still. I'd be delighted with £1.50 per share which would value us at about £4 billion.

Looks as though we may have returned to our old habits- stuck all day in a tradingvm range and then after a small late afternoon rally it drops back again before close. The good thing of course is that the trading range is now 38-42 as opposed to 29-31 early last week.
