I get what you guys are stating, and yes you're correct, I am trading this, as I said I would before I reinvested.

The bottomline is no one knows for sure what's going on? I couldn't resist a dabble at £0.0037p. Perhaps I will end up with egg on my face - it won't be the first time. However, I've done well on previous QBT spikes and am happy to take the risk even though it will have to be a monumental RNS to move the SP to anything near 1p let alone anything else.

You never know with FG, as Boxer said he may pull something spectacular out of the bag after Vegas. Long shot, but as I say, I comfortable with my risk tolerance and the amount I've invested reflects the level of risk I am willing to take with 99% of small cap.

Surely FG will take the results to the ASIC manufacturer to Vegas and their S9 Bitaxe tests will be released when they're get back. Am I wrong?

I agree with you miker regarding dates of the test results - it doesn't matter if it's next week or the one after.

FG did say he hoped to have the results by the end of April, which he obviously will because he wants to take them to Vegas and present them in person to the ASIC manufacturer. Unfortunately, because of the NDA the results won't be released until they're allowed to do so. However, their own tests, you would expect to be released when they're back from Vegas.

Don't listen to the Trolls stating the results must be released before the end of April. This time next week we'll be in May and that's just fine.

Here are the Facts as I see them;

1) QBT confirmed that testing on the ASIC manufactures mining rig should be completed by the end of April.

2) We won't know the results of this testing, however, FG wants to take the results to Vegas to show the manufacturer. Personally, I believe the results are good, but because of the NDA we won't find out. Also, I suspect they'll be demonstrating the results to other potential partners. It does feel different this time round.

3) The raise was for only £500k and FG did confirm that they could've raised much more, but didn't want to further dilute shareholders. Why is that? I think it's because FG does believe revenue will commence, in what capacity I don't know?

4) QBT are completing internal tests that are happening on their own S9 and Bitaxe. I disagree with UserSteve and believe these results will be shared with the market.

For me personally I invested just shy of £5.5k at 0.0037p. I believe QBT will have a spike, at what level is anyone's guess. Could be some fun times ahead of all genuine investors! Or I could be completely wrong!

I'm making an assumption that they'll be released to the market. Why wouldn't they release this information?

If you're talking about the manufacturer testing, then the likelihood is QBT won't release results to the market at present because of the NDA . However, FG has said he will be taking the results to Vegas and meet with the manufacturing company in question. Read into that what you want.

We're also waiting on the other tests- this should be released.

Having listened to it again, his language and mannerisms stating about being in a better position once the commercial agreements are on the way really seems positive. Also, he states they could've raised much more! Perhaps they'll raise again once the SP is in a better position or perhaps he knows revenue will be generating soon? Lots of what if's.

I do get a buzz out of this company and the FACT is if they do indeed get a commercial agreement across the line, it'd would be an outstanding achievement and the SP would certainly rerate many times over. Good be very exciting times ahead for QBT's LTH's!

Inforapennyortwo, we've been here before regarding FG talking about deals/revenue etc. I wouldn't read too much into it.

I do feel, however, there is difference in respect of the testing that has been taking place. If as we all hope the results are positive, FG will obviously relay this back to the manufacturer and commercial talks may begin?

Some serious positions being taken here. I appreciate there's so much in the line with this company, but if the CEO refinances, and there are additional deals future partnerships that can demonstrate revenue, this will go ballistic!

You said goodbye to everyone finally out of QBT (I even said bye politely to you) only to turn up after two days saying you had reinvested, then started bashing them all over again. 🤭🤣😂 you couldn't make it up! I think you guys are wrong, that large sell is actually a buy.

The risk vs reward is very high with QBT - always has been, however, my entry point is low. If I'm correct about the testing, the SP could easily spike, and I will make money from my trade 😉

I agree about the trust between FG and PI's etc, however, the Placing is done. The dilution has happened, and my entry is after dilution has taken place, so no short term risk of it happening again? I hope! IMO, that's why the SP hasn't moved, with announcements, but on successful testing and showcasing the results at the Bitcoin Vegas conference, I believe the sp will rise, by how much, I don't have a clue?

Herdie, Riceyboy buys when the SP is high and sells at a loss. He is very amateurish when it comes to investing, and results to insults and childish behaviour, which is fine. He particularly say silly things to me because I called him out on his bad investment decisions.

The reason for my 360 is because I believe the testing results that will hopefully be announced before the end of April will be successful, and QBT will take them to potential customers at the upcoming bitcoin conference in Vegas. If you listen to the last Proactive interview FG effectively said so - well that's what I got from reading between the lines. Let's be honest they must have run the tests thousands of times on their own mining rig. I'd be surprised if the testing was not successful even though they're using someone else's.

In addition, I have nearly 1,500,000 shares at £0.0037p, which I feel is a good entry point!

I still think we're not currently near a deal, however, QBT's main goal is to convert the successful testing into commercial partnerships with ASIC manufacturers, which is why they're going to Vegas.

At this time my advice is to ignore the bearish comments.

What I'm saying is once the placing shares are out the way, the immediate downward pressure on QBT's stock price, caused by the company issuing new shares (the recent placing announced ) at a discount, has passed.

Good opportunity to have a punt UserSteve, price is still low.

If the Placing hadn't happened this would be over a 1p by now.

Once the Placing shares are out the way, this will move quickly. Smart investors know something good is coming to QBT. Haven't a clue what the price will be after the release of successful testing, but even the bearish know a spike in SP is coming.

Davemate, I get what you're saying, but going to Vegas with successful testing results is new. Listen to the last Proactive interview is my advice.

They're going to have to let this rise shortly. Many taking positions.
