Dessy, 'Poor management and PR from QBT, this SP has not reacted to the BTC upwards movement and appears to be stagnant to almost zero progress'.
How can you annouce a PR if there isn't one to announce? What you say is an unfair comment IMO. Let's see what the next RNS states.....
Sorry Aim, but your comment 'Easy money is simply to trade Arb, Riot and Mara, been in and out of these 3 for a while, easiest shares to trade, just watch bitcoin, buy and sell accordingly. Definitely not long term investments' is absolute nonsense. LMFAO. There's no way you're doing what you're saying and investing money unless it's the odd £500, £1k etc. You show weekness with this comment, as many have already found out with your multiple aliases. I wasn't 100% sure about you, but now I know what a 100% prized plonker you really are! FFS
Good morning, I've been researching FG, and I have to say Francesco on the face of it is thoroughly straightforward, honest and transparent in his operations and dealings. If you look at the QBT Team around him - they all say positive things about him, in particular FG's honesty and straight forwardness. Obviously, this is my take and some may have different views. The statement FG made about the £2million.
'We are extremely pleased to have completed this £2 million fundraise, as we believe it will fund the Company through to revenue'.
'We therefore believe that this opportunity significantly outweighs any short-term effect caused by the additional shareholder dilution'.
IMO is very in character of the man. He 100% believes what he says. I've been let down by many CEO's when thinking they were okay, however, when researching CEO's you can usually find someone adverse. You cannot with FG, and he's been round a longtime. I believe this his swan song. I do believe we could be saying in the not distant future'Houston we're ready for liftoff'. I don't care if anyone accuses me of ramping, I'm not! Also I'm not trying to encourage anyone to invest - DYOR. However, I'm enjoying the ride with this share. I really hope it all comes good not just for me, but other genuine investors. Have a good Sunday. See you Monday! 👍
Good afternoon, quick question is this REPO below different to the last RNS? The amount is different. And if so, as we are now will FG be repurchasing 5million shares on 31st March 2024 unless it is extended again? Many thanks
QBT a technology company focused on quantum computing, blockchain, cryptocurrencies and AI, issued a statement regarding previously announced rollover of the sale and repurchase agreement (REPO) entered between its CEO and Executive Chairman Francesco Gardin and MC Strategies AG.
Quantum Blockchain said that Gardin and MC Strategies have agreed to amend the repurchase price and date of the REPO. The term under which Gardin is to repurchase 5,000,000 ordinary shares in QBT has been extended from September 20, 2023 to March 31, 2024, and the repurchase price has been amended from 3.3172p to 3.3578p/share (representing a 5% annual interest on the initial price of 3p).
All other terms of the REPO remain unchanged.
In addition to the 5,000,000 ordinary shares which are the subject of the REPO, Gardin is currently the beneficial owner of a further 29,284,149 ordinary shares, representing 2.27% of QBT's total issued share capital.
Good evening, I don't want to come across as patronising, but the falls today, next Monday or whenever are irrelevant. The reason I say this is most on this chat board are long term holders. I apperciate some of you have been here longer than others (i'm coming up to 4 years myself), but the bottomline is as Gunner said earlier, you'll see your investment through these turbulent times to a conclusion one way or another.
SDC-1801 is in clinic and everything seems to be going to plan. There is going to be more positive RNS's on the way, 100%! The SP could rise to 50p and beyond in a matter of seconds. You believe in the science, that's why you invested in the first place, and if SDC-1801 carries on getting positive results, the SP will recover and some. Seriously, Sareum get a deal, you'll still make a lot of money, you all know this.
We also know, the issue here is the ongoing financing for funding the clinical trials. Let's hope Sareum don't mess this up, that is my concern not the SP falling. If Sareum can demonstrate they've all the funding in place for SDC-1801 and the science all comes good we'll all look at back at this and laugh! Sareum's ultimate goal is to generate revenue by licensing their innovative drug development progammes to pharmaceutical partners (it's on their website). This is still possible and as Potnak said, everything is still to play for. Try not to get to down beat on the SP - it is what it is, a death spiral, but it'll hopefully pass.
Lastly, as I said earlier, as long as the science comes good, the shares sold by RF will be mopped up by people like me for instance.. I'm not giving financial advice, just trying to say all is not loss.
Have a good weekend, a few drinks perhaps, and forget about Sareum at least till Monday ;)
Fair point Gunner. I'm just trying to help over the short term. The SP could rise to 50p in a matter of days....Please don't think I'm encouraging people to invest, I'm not. Just pointing out that money can be made from this situation.
The opportunity to buy now is the best time. Averaging down and perhaps double your money or certainly a double digit return in a few days or months . Who knows? Obviously, you shouldn't add if you can't, but there's always money to be made on AIM market over the short and long term. Take emotion out of this situation and use the current climate to your advantage. I do it it all the time. You know the old saying 'Herd Mentality' Now is the time to top up not sell, as so many will.
Hi everyone,
Believe me there's no point in fighting with each other. Waste of your energy.
My experience with this situation, is, if everything stays on course with the science, the shares that RF are selling will be mopped up. In other words the pain of the SP decline we're all feeling will be temporary. My biggest concern is future cashflow not the SP falling. As I said massive risk vs reward, but as Potnak said earlier still everything to play for. The SP will recover!
Good morning, unfortunately, milestone achievements of the trial will give the SP a shot in the arm so to speak, but then slip back. As we all now know, that Puma fella was correct about this being a 'Death Spiral' Ultimately, this could lead to bankruptcy, which could happen here. Sareum obviously had no other way of raising funds IMHO. No company in their right mind would use this type of financing unless there was no choice. Sareum desperately need money or even better a revenue stream. It's really sad because the science etc is sound as of now. The RNS stated a lot of ifs, which I appreciate they may have to, however, the comment' subject to financing' is a major concern. It's not as someone said yesterday the same has shopping etc. The risk of losing all your investment here is real. I'm not trying to scare anyone, but it's a reality. I mentioned many times here risk vs reward. The reward here is enormous if Sareum pull this off, but the risk is also enormous. This is my opinion and not financial advise.
Good morning, another interesting article - BlackRock's ETF business 👇 As we wait for news, watching this tremendous Bitcoin Bullish cycle continue, which I feel will be for sometime, and if FG announces any type of deal in the next few days, weeks or even months, IMO the SP will fly high. I'm not concerned how long a deal takes, as long as it does. These things take time. Good Luck genuine holders. Happy Friday and have a great weekend!
Blackrock has amassed nearly 110,000 bitcoins for its spot bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF), Ishares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), since its launch about a month ago. The world’s largest asset manager’s bitcoin ETF has a total net inflow of nearly $5 billion, leading the pack among all spot bitcoin ETFs. Blackrock CEO Larry Fink has stated that he is now a big bitcoin believer.
Blackrock’s IBIT Now Holds Close to 110,000 Bitcoins
Blackrock, the world’s largest asset manager, disclosed that as of Feb. 14, its spot bitcoin ETF, Ishares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), held 109,609 bitcoins and $109,955 in cash, which translates to approximately $5,453,917,345 in net assets.

Spot bitcoin ETFs raked in $339.8 million on Feb. 14, with IBIT leading the pack at $224.3 million in net inflow. Ten U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs — including Blackrock’s IBIT and Grayscale’s Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) — saw a combined total inflow of over $4.1 billion since launch, according to data compiled by Bitmex Research.
Meanwhile, many investors anticipate a significant price increase for bitcoin due to spot bitcoin ETFs and the upcoming Bitcoin halving. Microstrategy’s executive chairman, Michael Saylor, said this week that bitcoin has become the world’s most popular investment asset. “I think the asset’s found its footing and now people are beginning to realize that there’s 10 times as much demand for bitcoin coming in through these ETFs as there is supply coming from … the miners,” the executive opined.
Aim, you really are an odd fella IMHO. Go out for a walk in the fresh air, listen to music, watch a box set or a film or do something else other than trying to provoke me and others on this chat lol
We all know you're MysticMe - I put up your abuse yesterday, which have vanished, however, I still have screenshots, if you want me to put them up again? Move on sonny......... and concentrate on GST.
