Investors Chronicle have penned a piece on Bushveld which tells us exactly why the disconnect between the fundamentals & the SP continue & I quote their summary

It shows the complete lack of knowledge/research in financial markets. So Bushwackers not long before everyone will be able to see what we have known for months.

This is the biggest non issue raised on here.Alfa & I attended the AGM last September in StPeterPort. We discovered there no other shareholders there nor directors. It was being conducted by an admin company via telephone conference.Once the AGM closed Fortune was amenable to us raising questions but he warned us that he would not stray from generally available content. He was specifically asked about the increase in the number of shares within the BoD discretion to issue. We were told it was to keep the discretion in the same proportion as previously & that will be the case now. With talk of dividends dilution seems very unlikely to me but having the power is essential if occasion demands rapid action some time in the future. So far as the recent placing is concerned I would like to see what it has been spent/earmarked for but for now I am happy to trust the board has good reason for the lack of communication.

The Bid has moved quickly from 22.25/22.55/22.725 & now 22.775.The MM's appear to be on something akin to a suicide mission.

There were several nice chunky buys at the bell & the SP did not move. Now they are moving it down, another large sell to be revealed later

Pdub I am not doing this to have another pop at JM I have done that to death. It is however the obvious time to illustrate what I was trying to enunciate.

$50 selling price-$20 cost = $30 profit SP Angel maximum not mean.
$85 selling price -$20 cost= $65 profit Current price

Extrapolation gives an SP of 54.04 so if the broker declared that as the target SUBJECT TO vanadium price not dropping back he has covered his a*** & I am sure we would be above 24p today. I fully appreciate we were not at $85 when that target was issued so I am being a little unfair but it demonstrates the principle I hope.

Pdub I was not going to revisit JM & will only say IC stance justifies my concern about the discounted model.

I say no buyers, so why is that? the spread is awful, those pesky MM's closing interest down yet again

this "seller" is insignificant, what is holding us back is a lack of buyers, thus no volume.

@loudspeaker thanks for that bit of perspective. It takes away a lot of the frustration at the Sp time lag. Fast forward 12 months & we will be rich & even better have the greatest “I told you so” of all time.
