does anyone know what happened to the 2015 capital reduction. At the 2015 AGM it was voted for but no application was sent to the court (as far as I am aware). Now its voted for again at the 2016 AGM. Awaiting court application. 2015 If the Capital Reduction is implemented, an aggregate amount of £3,144,875 will be credited to the Company's profit and loss account eliminating the accumulated deficit of £3,060,093 at 31 March 2015 2016 If the Capital Reduction is implemented, an aggregate amount of £3,260,237will be credited to the Company's profit and loss account eliminating the accumulated deficit of £3,165,667 at 31 March 2016

awaiting Explorer 1 news.. YZJ Offshore marine vessel yard continued with the commissioning of its first order, Explorer 1. With this being the yard's first rig, the commissioning process is continuing post the period in to the second half of 2016. The yard expects Explorer 1 to be ready for delivery by the end of 2016.
