Explorer 1 Rig completed/tested awaiting customer payment. Even assuming a placing to finance a new deal whilst awaiting payment.. adds to the net asset value of AMED may be at a premium due to the low shares in issue and current undervalue assuming a 50% dilution takes us up to only 50M shares in issue and the NAV would then be around 26.4p (£13.2m/50M) + the value of the cash/new deal raised If SP increased 100% it would still be well below the NAV lol

(£2m already paid in cash) The Company has set up a new limited liability partnership, Morgan Ashley Care Developments LLP ("MACD") into which it is transferring the majority of the pipeline schemes from its Housing division. MSIL has acquired a 50% interest in the new venture for a total consideration of £4 million (the "Transaction"). The Company has today received £2 million in cash from MSIL and will receive a further £500,000 at the beginning of January 2018 with the remaining £1.5 million contingent on certain completion mechanics but expected to be paid in early 2018.
