At 31st march 2014 NAV for ALPH was 21.9p so it is still well undervalued.GL

130,000 ALPH bought on todays good news and none sold so far.GL.

ALPH sells property at above book value.GL

Although it looks like a fall in the SP of FRM there has been no change to the dealing prices but the SP is still far less than the NAV so still a strong buy I think.GL.

Only 1 trade in FRM since last week so it is under most peoples radar with NAV about 60% higher than the SP and plenty of work in the London area.GL

I have been in touch with the AIM regulators about LZYE to make sure that they do not exit AIM through the back door.I hope no action needs to be taken .GL.

A 2.62 NAV for FRM and good prospects make it a strong buy for me.GL.

I would think large shareholders will dumping the LZYE board if they do not appoint another NOMAD very soon.GL.

I bought SHFT as it has good prospects and the NAV is more than 6 times the SP.GL

SHFT is ticking up but very slowly since the dip yesterday.GL.

I did not make a mistake with ABM as I sold @ a profit before bust.I think with high NAV SHFT will rise quickly and worst case will be a rights issue as they have no par value and can issue shares whenever they need to.GL.

SHFT looks well undervalued to me so I have bought twice this morning.GL
