Did raise £9.8 million but most was bought by the underwriters.

Approx 65% of PDX shares held by large institutions in March ,So not many shares left to trade hence lthe large swings on small trades.GL.

After selling app 11million shares in the rights issue i would have thought PDX would buy them back for less than 20% of the sale price & keep them and wait for SP to improve.GL.

PDX should bounce up a lot as soon as MMs have enough shares.The short sellers will be buying back today @ a really good profit.GL

CWR market cap=£4.96 million.CWR cash £18 million .So anyone with deep pockets would want to buy CWR

We need too copy COSALT shareholders & get all private SCEL holders to vote against delisting so that the SP will get back above 10p.We only need more than 25% to stop what looks to me like an attempt to steal SCEL from us.

Luaghing all the way to the bank if we vote to delist SCEL.My last share to delist (FUSE8) sold itself to management for £100,000 & left an almost worthless shell company without informing most of us shareholders.I am a nominee shareholder in SCEL & may not even get a chance to vote against this SP destroying move which only gives SCEL full control of events.GL.

It happened to RCG & other firms a short while ago but you are right,It is a bit of a long shot.I do not know why a private shareholder would vote to delist as it halves the SP and costs a lot more to deal.Also it is hard to get info & they only deal on a matched bargain basis.GL.

If shareholders vote more than 25% of shares against delisting SCEL the SP should go up to about 10p.

Yes i do read but the posting did not come up til about 2.30 & i had already bought 45,000.I rang SCEL @2pm & they told me they were trying to go private.I had to go to the doctors so i did not get time to post the news.GL.

Espirito santo cut Home fair value to 50p.

I think buyers are now trying to catch a falling knife & will be for a while.I have held HOME but don't now & i will wait for a lower level to buy back in.I sold becuase i thought the divi would fall but i did not think it would fall lower than 7p for the year & as times are bad it looks like the divi for 2012/13 could be even lower than this years 4.7p.I still think HOME will pay a small divi in the future .gl.
