I would take £3.60 for my shares ,this would make me profit of £2 per share.

If this drops another 10p before ex dividend date then I might cash out Vodafone shares and invest all into bt for upcoming dividend.

Massive sell off today 104k units,what’s happening?

Price needs to rise a bit more so I can cash in and buy bt for their up coming dividend. Wishful thinking .

What’s the percentage required for a successful takeover, is it 51% or much higher? or /and at least the highest price the shares were brought for , with 51%+ share holders agreeing to said price?
