You guys are getting worked up for nothing, I'm sure we will see a quid here in the not to distant future. As I said after an offer there can always be a counter offer which would set off a bidding war. Clearly the BOD weren't born yesterday and after all their hard work let this go cheaply. I can see the Market Cap easily getting to 10x where it sits now, other contracts could land any day

Often its possible to not accept the offer and remain a shareholder as happened with a few holders of SRX (Yes an aim share) when the offer was 33p, the shareholders held on and within weeks the share price hit 90p

All very good, an offer for a start of no less than the highest share price over the preceding 12 months. Shareholders would get to vote on this and there can always be a counter offer the starts a bidding war.

On a not so serious note, Begger you make a valid point. More so when you compare the two Market Caps clearly MPAY is a takeover target. ;)
