I watched the interview and thought that Mark seemed very tired. He was much more hesitant in his speech than normal. I guess he's under a lot of pressure building up to the Counter Memorial. However, he did confirm matters were progressing, so let's hope the legal teams have it under control.

I caught up with Mark for lunch today at Comptoir Libanais Restaurant in Liverpool Street. He was as lively and erudite as always. He is just now into a five-week marketing tour. i think your sarcasm, danlowence, is far too english in "jolly good show". given a number of the bod are aussies, your sarcasm should be "aussified". such as "gonya" or "deadset mate" or "no worries" or "ripper" or "stoked" or "she'll be apples" or "rapt" or "piece of ****" or "gnarly".......the list goes on and on. keep up the good work danlowence. love it!

shearclass. you have to do what you have to do. no point in battling trolls if you really believe in pat keep posting what you believe about pat. i have voted at the agm in the positive at the agm website, but i'm still very concerned. the agm is quite meaningless in some ways. is mb a b'****ter or does he actually have some substance. words are cheap, outcomes are the real test.

I'll say it again. Shameful RNS. Grades that should be consigned to the mullock heap. Former mining engineer writing this.

I'd be ashamed to lodge an RNS of this nature. I've thrown grades like these on the mullock heap. Once was a mining engineer was me.

I should also have written that the original claim was lodged in June 2021 under the name of Prairie. The revised claim was under the name of GreenX. In between all this were rights of reply and rejoinders by Poland, so probably up to 3 years maybe all told.

Possible time taken between Statement of Claim and International Arbitration Hearing completion can be assessed from the GreenX claim against Poland. A revised GreenX Claim was lodged in July 2022 and the Arbitration Hearing was completed end of November 2022. So, say 5 months. I'm unsure if it's a perfect comparison, but it gives some idea. Don't forget that COVID19 caused huge delays in Arbitration processes and that continues to this day.

This is terrific work ShearClass. There will be many others who have not yet got a 'scent' of what an opportunity exists with PAT, so it's important to get your detailed research into the ether.

@listing. I understand it was once considered to list in India. I guess, depending upon how things develop, it may be a possbility that a listing on BSE is considered.
