I believe trader's potential valuation will be much nearer the mark than other doubting posters. He has the figures to substantiate it from CFs presentations. I don't see anyone else on here putting forward such a considered analysis.

It would be dangerous to wait for a lower entry with news imminent. Do your research and assess the sum of the parts. Would it matter much anyway if you paid 23p instead of 20p when the potential here is so great?

Where is the stress with the human challenge contract announcement imminent and an Immutex dividend by xmas? By all means reduce at 50p if you are uncomfortable,but to sell before would be foolhardy AIMHO.

Good point Swaple. Hence my view that after non-core bits sold and given to us as special dividends,the core business will be attractive to predators. Could big CROs like Icon or Iqvia be interested? The global Cro market is growly rapidly and expected to be worth 44bn dollars in 2021.

How can a takeover approach be a risk? It would have to be at a huge premium to 20p current price. Would you not accept 100p within a few months for a 20p investment now? I know I would,though I think CF will sell non-core bits off piecemeal,and then maybe auction off our core business once human challenge trials have got going.

My concern is the cash being poured into Indulgence with little so far to show for it. I presume the Landers know what they have,but I would be happier with a deployment of cash into non-food investments. A huge part of our NAV has come the Impetys
