when is this crap going to end cut their wages to permormance related and they will perform dont earn dont get payed they are on no nwin no permoremance guaranteed wage i have been self employed all my life dont work dont earn dont get payed. put all these on performance related wages and then watch them work .no profit no wages loose investors money no wages .plus no guaranted fixed percentage dont perform then nothing. just like me
