Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
it always appears to be an issue when prices are ticking up, never an issue when the price is moving down.....I will be moving away from them at some point this week!
It's likely to be AJ Bell, i am with them and have complained to them so many times, the platform is shockingly bad!
i got more at 11.89.....eyes on the prize here, games being played!
yes bought back but obviously had to pay for it :-(
was on a work call there and got distracted and hit the sell button rather than the cancel button.....going to have to try and buy the ****ers back now .....**** my life!
tomorrow is the last day at 0.66%
what platform you using?
completely agree with that one.....it will be interesting to see what the current BOD do now, director buys combined with some sort of positive news? its a perfect storm either way, this is going over 20p from next week imo.
agreed...give it time, I suspect this will move up this afternoon.
just done mine through my platform (AJ Bell) was a simple as sending them a secure message of how i wanted to vote and against what resolution and they will file by proxy on my behalf.
Amigo shares have effectively been on sale due to JB selling and that sale is about to close in my opinion, 4.5m sale not entering the market every day can only have a positive impact on the SP, all the bad news is build in now.....next week and onwards you pay a premium to obtain these shares!
agreed and remember the MM can see your stops and if there is a reasonable volume at a certain price they will (within reason) drop and collect.
lol
they won't do that until JB is out as they won't want JB to sell the last of his shares higher.
over 2 days
Well Said.
I can see how LTH must be furious with James but I suspect they have sold up out or frustration, however as a new investor here the situation has in my mind presented a great opportunity, I agree there is risk as there is with any share but AMIGO is undervalued by any measure and JB knows this, his selling down has helped drag the SP down and create a disconnect between the true MCAP and currently reported MCAP.
Don't look a gift horse in the mouth, pick you entry price and wait but trust me this will be over 20p before the vote.
Another intelligent poster i see.
it will probably be around 17-20 before voting in my opinion.
completely agree with you.
doesn't really matter if he wins or not in my opinion...either way the SP is going to rise in my opinion, Amigo has its issues but is on the right track, profitable and making money and WILL meet the FCA complaints deadline in my opinion (that's where the current BOD will add value) but i would personally like JB back as I think he has the desired passion to take the business to another level, i am in here for the long term as i like the story and will not be selling my shares for 20p that for sure!
