This is my concern with the whole AI thing.
We're predicating Capita will capture a whole load of business at same cost but can use AI to build efficiencies so make more profit.
But, for instance, I'm using AI to do all sorts of stuff re content engineering, and where I work others are using it to personally develop telephone screening in their dept (reducing mumbe of calls a human has to interact with by having AI answer all the usual FAQs - about 50% of calls)
So, if we can do it, off our own bat, won't others be able to do it in-house also?
And, if that's the case, does it mean that we take the cream off the pie, leaving only the difficult stuff for Capita - rather than the whole pie.
