for £4.5m consideration , at that valuation I think £5.5- £6m is baseline value given we are on the verge of 25 year production.

Excellent news. Ukog should start testing back end of next week. Confirm enhanced flow rates and I think we will be on a fast-track route to warrant conversion.

Market valuation here is miserably underscoring Alba's assets.
The read through from Ukog's recent acquisition of Magellan 's Horse Hill stake for £12m sees our stake minimum value £6m. George has clearly been offered same terms which will have been rebuffed. Horse Hill continues up the value curve and if the horizontal well flies at 700+ bopd as forecast then our stake value should double up at which point I think the board will look to sell down to 5-6%, pocket £6m and fully find Clogau production in two years. 5,000 ozs per annum at say £2,000 /oz free cash flow and a per of 12 and we have a £100m+ company. That's 3p/ share territory.
We also look to joint ventures in Greenland also being a catalyst for a re-rate of the share price any day now.
Today's placing price is rock bottom but I think very little of the new stock will get flipped and the warrant issue is attractive.
Has to be a very strong buy under 0.2 which I don't expect to be available for long.
1p target in 12 months. Fingers crossed the horizontal well delivers.
