That is terrible of Phoenix to agree contract when they were having issues with PGE so long before. Do you know if the other 3 projects are in California? In our RNS they state California and wider US.

The 2nd plant was through blue mountain electric company.. but looks like that was through pg and e. Phoenix being in California all jobs will probably go through pg and e seeing the are the largest utility service provider.

As mentioned in that article by dip stick.. one of the main reasons the project should commence in the eyes of PG and E (compared to other renewable sources) is it will help reduce the excess forestry waste to prevent further forest fires.

Nice find dip stick. That brings alot more light to the situation. Do you know what's annoying with how IP is going around this.. it's not difficult to find info related to our questions and IP should keep us upto date with current situations. This link should be posted on the Twitter page if anyone is registered? That will show IP we are having to dig info up. Let's hope the new CEO and staff will help push things forward. At the end of the day we need PG and E to come through this tough period. I read somewhere there are around 350 ppa contracts on hold because of this. Think all the businesses that are on hold waiting to start the installations.

Yes dip stick re the current contract. As it was stated in the operational RNS it was delayed due to forest fires. We had no idea what that meant. Then it was pointed out being tied to PG and E because of they are the utility provider for California. And released a statement for bankruptcy with all the court claims against them. If you look at the article link I posted first it looks like they are working on an exit plan? I just dont understand why we cant finalise the contract in the meantime and move onto others.

Thanks for sharing redundancy. It is coincidental that this all happened the following week after that RNS. Lets be honest the mm's had a field WEEK with what went on. We just need something positive to calm the nerves. But I agree whoever's is getting in now is potentially onto a great earner. If this is the case of sell off due to last RNS.. what sort of message can the BOD release? 'We agree this drop is due to our terrible financing again' doesn't sound great.

We need the 1st Phoenix contract approved for revenues. That will ease everyone for a while. The fact they have released an agreement for more plants through Phoenix surely points the 1st one going through. Also why would Phoenix release that agreement with the potential issues with pg and e. I dont fully understand why PG and E issue prevents Phoenix and eqtec to carry on moving forward? What are your thoughts guys?

I know daddy. It has to be one of the major shareholders selling off. Jimzi mentioned the other day there were warrants at .40p outstanding? I must admit I'm not feeling confident but will see out the next few weeks, to see if it recovers everybody's attitude will change if it does. The 90 day lock in ends on the 10th June and I cant see altair selling at such a loss. Being in the dark is not nice. Your right about his comms.
