That's just not true. Never ceases to amaze how much dumb money will chase any old ****. There's enough crap brokers in the UK that manage to get away placing after placing so why not the case for Spartan?
Cherry picked because you know full well that the share price perf is pumped from IPO. The mid-term performance numbers don't lie. ELEP is doomed to fail due to its greedy management and inability to raise enough for a serious drilling campaign.
I don't blame you for fighting its corner - you know you've made a bad investment and it's only going to get much worse. Got to try and drum up some interest to dump into.
Oh dear touched a nerve there. Calm down big man, just providing the data. Like I said the recent ones will most likely suffer the same fate as the earlier listings. Relevant because RRR has a lock-in. But sure, go ahead and celebrate the short term ramping performance.
Of course "Helpful" is providing examples of only recent IPOs where gravity hasn't been given chance to work its magic.
There are 9 IPOs where Spartan Cap Sec has been involved as a lead or joint manager between 2020 - 2022. Avg performance from listing is -87.4%. No reason to suggest that the cherry picked tickers that "Helpful" listed won't follow the same course. Same for ELEP.
It'll be next to worthless by the time the lock up expires if it even gets listed. Best case it could maybe part fund a pointless drilling campaign in..let's see... Sudan next? Why not.
Can't wait to hear "Helpful"s next excuse as to why another filing is required before listing.
what a moronic post by the resident fool again! How about the perils of investing in a failed management with a proven track record of spunking cash for almost 2 decades. Deluded bagholders stinking of desperation.
If the latest warrants are exercised then someone who bought shares in this crock even a year ago will be diluted by 32%, and any reward that the deluded bagholders here believe they're due is just being eroded away month after month.
"Helpful" claims that this company has historically been viewed as a gold company. It hasn't. It's a lifestyle company that only produces vast amounts of shares, and now at an accelerating rate.
Of course it's garbage, RRR is a tiny fly ready to be swatted and evy other party can see it. The share price is tending towards zero, no cash flows coming in, totally incompetent management, death spiral in place - praying that some of this DRC money comes through. Hopefully RRR disappears soon so that no more capital is wasted and AB is never involved in a public again.
As for the moronic posters on here still plugging this ****, I make that spec is already sitting on a nearly 50% loss, goodness knows how much the other idiot has lost for himself and his clients.
So the AB mimi me leaves. House of cards falling down, both companies totally incapable of monitising any assets and PJ was the "investor friendly" one. Interesting that RRAL was the last project mentioned on the RNS.
Selective copy/paste by helpful - they are not under a lock up at all.
"or, conversely, the Selling Stockholders may choose to sell their respective shares of Common Stock at their own initiative."
and this bit is important because it allows them to dump as much stock as they like, when they like. If you believe in the orderly market spiel then you're a fool.
I get it though, you have to pump this ****heap to retail as much as possible right? Dreaming of what you can buy with that +$3m shareholding on IPO, but in reality you know that it's going to collapse as it doesn't have the cash to do any serious exploration (if it actually ever intends to).
I'm not sure how someone can pick so many turds but you're a great contra indicator. Maybe it's tough to short the crap you "invest" in but hopefully no one falls for your pumping and stays out. The condescending “all about trading and timing” post to people on the NTOG board was a classic.
There is no lock-up for the "Selling Shareholders". Read the 2nd prospectus at the bottom. Dragon, 622, TraDigital and Gavin can all dump stock immediately amounting to almost 800k shares.
There's a whole section discussing it in Risk Factors - which by the way is a mine field.
