It’s actually hilarious the sleaze that Helpful is involved in. The same old names crop up in the companies that he defends. RRR, NTOG, GENF, AST… they all have **** poor management with woeful share price performance.
Elephant Oil is of course captained by Matt Logran who has decimated NTOG over the years. If anyone wonders whether it could be a lifestyle company:
“his salary will increase to $360,000 on the first date the Company’s Common Stock is publicly traded. He is eligible for an annual bonus, beginning in 2021, targeted at 50% of base salary, as determined by the Board based on his performance and the achievement by the Company of financial, operating and other objectives set by the Board.”
Utter greed. Who the hell signs off on giving potentially half a million dollars away to the CEO who has achieved next to nothing so far. All that Elephant Oil has is exploration licences, some airborne surveys and historical 2D seismic! Well it was Ron Bauer who signed it off - the same Ron Bauer who has been charged for running pump and dump schemes.
Just so happens that Helpful is also a 5.62% owner of Elephant Oil.
Another company that Helpful is required to defend is GENF - who Ron Bauer arranged the IPO in.
A dangerous character who really should know better than posting some of the comments he does as an insider. I randomly hit the Helpful archives and found these pearls instantly:
“Steelmin is going to a great little asset” and “Now that WTI is at $64 I expect Elephant Oil to get dusted off” -

There's enough to go around, I'm happy when everyone can make money from small caps. Unlike you I don't lie about losing money, what with your perfect record in RRR, NTOG and whatever other POS you pump.
You post so many articles with price predictions and spot prices on commodities knowing full well it pretty much has zero relevance. Whatever it takes to try and pump the stock hey? I reckon you've been hoodwinked by these CEO's, fallen in love with the story and people behind it which resulted in you and your poor clients being heavily underwater.
The relentless pumping, defending your beloved CEO's and attitude towards anyone with a negative view all point to a pathetic little man under pressure. The articles written about you pretty much say it all.
I have no doubt you are made an insider from time to time but you for sure pretend to know much more than you actually know. All to get some support from the BB's to try and create a bid for your offside trades.
I bet I'm not wide of the mark.
oh the hypocrisy. You were the one telling people that an RNS wouldn't get released until the NOMAD had "chapter and verse". You've been outed already for the type of person you are and the seedy connections you have.
You're even the laughing stock on the NTOG board which is quite something! Dishing it out to others:
"No unlike you and the other trolls I realise the idea is to make money"...." had to settle for 0.57"...."See how it works?"
Such arrogance but what of NTOG in just 2 months? Oh 0.29. For someone that tells other people it's all about trading and timing - well you are **** poor at that, and that's being kind.
Hopefully people will keep on outing you because you are far more dangerous to retail folk than anyone else.
I stand by my comments. If he knew how valuable it was then why do nothing with the asset in the last 3 years? Hardly any mention of it in any of the half or annual reports since mid 2019. Then all of a sudden it's the most valuable main asset for RRR. But not once mentioned in any detail in his Chairman's statemtent (waffle). Total bull****.
p.s. It's not a good quality turning into an unpleasant character whenever someone disagrees with you on the internet. It happens time and time again with you. Unfortunately all the hallmarks of someone who is overextended in a share. Truly sad to see, but I hope the stock does turn around for you if that's the case.
Sorry what licence hasn't he said he's "very excited" about and described as an "excellent" asset? Doesn't mean anything if you keep repeating it for everything acquired in the past 17 years (happy 17th listing anniversary btw - still a tiddler on AIM, so much growth!).
"He might not have known what the price on the crooked transaction was but why would he?"
ermm because he could calculate the asset value and look at similar deals and ventures over the past 3/4 years. Pretty stupid question, Helpful. It's potentially a company maker and he didn't protect it at all costs. He found out about the sale through a third party. It is comical.
The most amazing aspect in all of this is that AB is now stating that it’s RRR’s “most valuable main asset”. Let that sink in…most valuable main asset…. And yet there is barely any mention of the project in any of the half or full year reports since June 2019!
If it is the main asset then why would he waste cash on sub-par projects and get distracted with the likes of VEC or the “exciting potential” in Slovakia?
I put it to you that he had absolutely no idea how valuable the asset was until all of this shady dealing took place.
That is your management folks - let its most valuable main asset just sit there and get flogged right under its nose. At the very least have an ear to the ground.
My original comment was on not reading too much into the CLN announcement as a show of strength / confidence. They will get looked after either way.
Not talking about missed opportunities or pointing fingers - calm down, breathe, relax.
Free as in they're just tacked on to sweeten the deal to the CLN holders. Yes it'll bring in some cashflow but it's risk free for them. The CLN holders already have a sweet deal with the high interest payment + they will most likely be able to roll over / adjust down the conversion as we've seen before.
If there's that much confidence that the share price is so undervalued (apparently talking multiples and the warrants expire in roughly 3 years) then why not set the warrants to be materially higher? It's all a very cushy deal for those close to the company.
"They told Bell to extract value from the existing portfolio and cease acquiring the next 'must do' projects"
haha yeah that really worked well... Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe anyone?
You're also being incredibly naive thinking that these CLNs (and free warrants) are somehow a show of confidence or strength. Forget the eye-watering 12% interest which is probably calculated on a monthly basis if like in the past.
I suspect timelines on actually getting any cash in the bank from DRC is much much longer than some think. Anyway, in the meantime that Elephant Oil IPO will save the day surely?
Shambles.
"The NOMAD will want chapter and verse before agreeing an RNS".... For a "awaits an imminent arbitration ruling" statement. Whatever. You may fool some on here, but certainly not all.
Potentially another 13% more shares hitting the register for such a tiny amount raised, when AB has been spouting on about crystallisation events for Christ knows how long.
"The reason for the ALR huge upside is that it is starting from such a low valuation."
I'm sure people said that about RRR over its long 17 year tenure as a listed company. Started from such a low valuation, still is such a low valuation. AB is a dud.
The realists are likely just watching in amusement as the bulletin board froths over AB's twitter activity.
Watch for a jam tomorrow RNS promising collection of money from the DRC and then a quick left jab of a placing to fund the next sojourn to Africa. Maybe Ivory Coast is pleasant this time of year.
Yep good old Bell racking up the expenses. His undeniable talent for sucking in mugs allows for it. Example of a mug from 7th June:
"Everyone should listen to this.
AB expects "visible signs of success" from this trip referring to the collection of the initial amounts of money, so my take is a news announcement in3-10 days, to allow for the stated discussions/negotiations/ give & take etc-- agreements to drafted, reviewed and signed then finally funds send AND received
IMO the whistle has sounded and the train will be leaving the station"
3-10 days!! Hahahhaaa love it. If everyone listened and believed these paid for interviews then all RRR shareholders would be millionaires by now. "My take"... Love it, aged well.
