At that time we were discussing the possibility of what might happen if we could acquire a brownfield site, secure a mining right in Madagascar, open up a tin resource, become a producer rather than explorer, understand what BE was about etc etc within 2 years we are now talking about becoming the worlds top vanadium producer, the only electrolyte producer in the southern hemisphere, installing VRFB, moving to bankable status in Madagascar, 10% interest in a working tin mine that is just a flavour makes one wonder where we will be in another 2 years time such is the amazing progress and delivery

The New York Public Service Commission approved an offshore wind order to procure 2.4 GW of offshore wind generation capacity, during a webcast meeting in Albany. The order also establishes the framework for the first phase of an 800-MW offshore wind renewable energy credit procurement.
NYPSC Chairman John Rhodes said the path seems "intelligently designed" and the immediate phase of procuring 800 MW is a "smart approach." Commissioner Gregg Sayre said New York is in a race with other states to develop an offshore wind development hub and he thinks it would be appropriate to develop one quickly and "win this one for New York."

4. Mine and ship ore to China
5. Supply or own further/additional brownfield processing capability in South Africa
6. Low cost producer
7. No debt

8 Other strings to their bow ie coal, tin

Thanks for the detailed explanation it all made sense, my take away suggest the advantage of vrfb capitalising on the unique vanadium electro/chem ical properties is a stand out feature over most if not all other forms of storage
