Am I missing something here I have always understood CGT is not payable until you sell ie realise the gain. So if I have a paper gain in my trade account at tax year end ie not sold can I then bed and ISA same utilizing my 2019 allowance leave whats left to run

I have also been here since the dark days and well in profit even so I have no intention of selling the potential now is even more staggering than it was back then. Washington — New York state has officially published its solicitation for 800 MW of offshore wind capacity, a major step forward for the Empire State's ambitious plan to become an industry leader in the domestic offshore wind industry.

"This action is a watershed moment in New York's renewable energy development efforts as we work to establish a secure, reliable and cost-effective clean energy future," Governor Andrew Cuomo said in a statement.
