What are people’s thoughts on budesonide?
I know it’s being used in my partners hospital. I can’t remember what the statisticians on here said last time it was discussed.

I honestly got the impression that RM was boasting about the fact our drug puts fires out and the poorlier the patient the better.
I definitely didn’t get this positive as any negative in that it hasn’t been as good for less severe symptoms. Either way, you can only get ‘better to L1’.

Scinv - there are far too many assumptions from too many people.

I have to agree. Sometimes over analysing throwaway words and body language can create problems and uncertainty.
A CEO used to smile when discussing his product and people jumped on that saying his smirking means this.....
A positive video and RM did a good job imo.

The Home Trial is about Proactive Treatment /keeping people out of hospital. The Trolls on LSE are very active trying to talk down the Home Trial results. The signal will be weaker as the people are less ill.. but as long as they stay out of hospital job done.
I’ve been criticised for questioning the lack of feedback from SNG, then we get positive messages and lots of negative deramping on here. I’m confused?

I think we have to be careful looking into every word said.
I can’t think of anyone that can talk for 2-3 minutes and not say exactly word-for-word what they would say if it was written down perfectly.
It may have been a slip of the tongue, for example, the word ‘might’ can be used in may contexts.
I know that on here guesswork is expected, but it sounded v positive to me.
If he didn’t know the results by the time of the recording, how can he know the overall impact on patients will less severe symptoms compared to placebo?
I’ve been negative before, I do feel more positive after watching that.
