We are all excited thinking of impending news. We’ve had so much pertinent literature posted on here along with the excellent sleuthing and opinion that’s linked with it.
But, limited feedback from the company is frustrating everyone and it’s becoming tiresome for me. Limited Comms results in speculation that often goes off on a tangent.
Dr Castro said progression into P3, last patient dosed, but still no RNS.
Maybe RM is preparing for next week, but the wait goes on and the speculation will continue.
Only the top brass at SNG and the trial coordinators will have an inkling of the potential outcome at this point, imo.
We wait…………

Let’s not forget that people are still dying!!
If the data is positive with a much bigger sample, then progression should be stated and EUA given.
Further trials set afterwards, no problem.

I hear what you are saying but, to reduce your holding now, just as news beckons, would be an interesting, albeit strange, strategy!!!

Polygon 20M shares at 9.9%, Polar 15.7M shares at 7.8%.
This also fills with confidence; although have these figures been slightly altered
II thought Polygon was at 10% and Polar at less than 7.8%?

I agree we have to be cautiously optimistic with Active 2, and if it comes back with negatives then I think we would all be very disappointed. However, the good doctor sounded pretty confident and so did his body language, imo. The speed at which the trial has been conducted has been disappointing for me and certainly not Warpspeed like, especially in light of the millions of deaths, Worldwide.
Competition seems to be increasing, but that’s unsurprising. There’s an incredibly huge market and billions to be made for a successful therapeutic.
The data so far for SNG is excellent, although the evidence needs stacking up with P3 trials. Again, a worry is the time it is taking and will we lose out to a faster moving success story? I get the time constraints, but it is all about time for me. A big pharma produces an effective drug, before we are fully proven, and gets a huge manufacturing contract, we may then find ourselves in a much slimmer market - hopefully this is not the case?
I personally don’t think there will be a takeover, too much has gone into this and it’s Synairgens baby, but I am probably wrong on this as not got any expertise in this field at all.
All my opinion only; still very positive on our chances of positive P3 data and of manufacture and sales opportunities but sincerely hope that this happens in early Q1, 2022.
Making money is one thing, but saving lives with this drug is undoubtedly the most important thing. Let’s hope we achieve both!

I’m very positive about SNG, although there are other factors involved.

What’s your thoughts Matt on the current state of play. Mainly re.active 2/P3 progression, other competition, will Gov buy into small pharma like SNG, possible takeover?

I’m pretty sure the recruitment end date would be an estimation.
To state the end date and stick to it would be very difficult to do, given the intricacies of the trials.

You’re either winding people up or are absolutely daft?
How do you expect people to predict when the SP will go to 80p?
Do your own research and then invest is how most people do it.
If you are genuine, pls don’t invest on other peoples advice.
You may regret it!
