I would add that any mistakes from first trial would certainly have been ironed out knowing where went wrong otherwise why would you spend millions( Avion) to repeat same mistake ( so I fully expect they'll make sure everything is done by the book to make it a success ) IMHO

Time to start delivering some positive news

My reading of RNS is I'm more optimistic of the outcome ( recieved positive response from FDA ) Constructive meetings with Avion and both are committed to commencing Lupozor. As said before their communication with shareholders hasn't been upto scratch but will give them till end of July cause my gut feeling is successful outcome. In my opinion

Positive no meeting required

Don't see leaked information on any news and sells are based on investors assumptions instead on bad communication going to wire of end of quarter 2 without ounce of news which I believe is kick in face of investors. Its time to deliver something positive. There is also buying so on other hand some see good buying opportunity at price this low we'll soon see got to put something out soon

Always a buyer for the seller's at moment as we await RNS if the timescale doesn't move which I'd be surprised about had plenty time as we approach end of second quarter

They said there would be further update before end of quarter 2 which is couple weeks so let's hope for good news or progress update with FDA

Agree with view on Zimmer which to me gives confidence he's more clued up with research being on inside and if he's confident of locking in shares for three years then must have faith in Lupzur drugs. Certainly if it were myself I'd sell them now and walk away if didn't think could increase payout in future. Time will tell hopefully within three weeks news on trial.

Well any business has to give something in return for shareholders so they have to start delivering something worthwhile or what's the point in investing. So await update on FDA or news of further meeting.

They have to get something up and running soon to justify their existence what's the point of being a company if you can't start making a income. Let's hope before end of June which we were told update from FDA

Zimmer has just under 80 million but some off other directors bought some at between 0.70 and 0.80 so to break even price needs to rise above this so they'll obviously be looking for positive . results to recoup their investments or exceed it. I always like to see Directors investing in own company although Zimmers looks like added as maybe bonuses but still you want best outcome with what shares you have. Hopefully news shortly on FDA they did say 2nd quarter that's upto end of June not long left.

In my own opinion if I were Zimmer and wasn't confident of increasing my return on shares I wouldn't have stated as he has done if not expecting successful results of trial. Its always good statement when large shareholder shows confidence. If passed after trial this would certainly Rocket. When guy inside believes in it I'm happy with that and go the distance to get good return on investment. DYOR
