"You have replies from Collins every day 🤡you even meet him in person ha ha ha ha ha"
I have never said I have had any reply from Collins. What are you talking about ? I have had a reply from the FCA I said. I met him once at a VOG AGM where he told us all that VOG would 100% win the arbitration case. They lost the case.

active secretary and director of a company that went bust over 1 year ago ???????
After emailing the FCA the other day about Mr Collins I have had a reply. They will look into it. According to companies house Mr Collins is still listed as CFO of VOG which went bustlast year. THIS IS FACT. Why wasn't this mentioned when he was appointed as BOIL CFO ? Stinks the house out
JA hasn't been paid wages for years. He gets warrants. Most exercisable at much hgher prices than 0.02p
Also its not a farm out or a farm in that TRP are seeking. It is asset based finance into the TRP Cameroon subsiduary.
Try and get something right Santiago
"Kever, you seem fixated on Victoria Oil and Gas and Boil's new CFO, Boil is a different company to VOG and it has a serious asset"
I know BOIL and VOG are very different companies. I am merely pointing out that Collins was CFO of VOG when it went bust. He set up no contingency plan if VOG lost the RSM arbitration. He was 100% sure VOG would win. He was wrong. He is incompetent. His appointment is a massive red flag for BOIL
JARV
According to companies house Rob Collins is still a VOG Director

Still listed as a Director of the failed VOG at companies house. Stinks the house out. Why wasn't this mentioned when he joined BOIL that he was still a VOG Director ?
"i've told you countless times rob collins only became vog cfo in august 2020 and 18 months later a tribunal ruled against vog for claims relating back to 2016, a case that had been going on since 2018 long before collins. so its nothing to do with collins who had only been in situ for 18 months"
Talk abour defending the indefensible. Collins was CFO for nearly 2 years at VOG before it went bust. He was adamant that VOG would win at the tribunal. He had no contingency plans if they lost. VOG did lose. Collins was utterly incompetent at VOG. Collins was complicit in VOG's demise. Don't say he had nothing to do with it as he bloody did.
Boils main asset is stranded offshore
The opex /capex costs to get into production was obscene, think it was c l$2 billion when I last looked a few years ago , unfortunately that sort of money makes it difficult
Best of luck with it
"Nothing to do with Rob"
Are you for real ? He had nothing set up in case they lost the arbitration. Rob Collins is incompetent. Good luck with him at BOIL. Oh and I have met the man in the flesh. He was 100% sure VOG would win the arbitration. He told me this to my face at the AGM. Have you met him tradedesk ?
Rob Collins who is now CFO of BOIL was complicit in the demise of VOG. He was at VOG for 2 years before it went into administration. VOG thought the arbitration with RSM would go their way and it didn't. VOG had no contingency plan for such an outcome. Rob Collins had everything to do with VOG's demise. His appointment now at BIOL is ar ed flag. Oh and by the way I met Mr Collins at a couple of VOG AGM's. I was not impressed.
Are BOIL shareholders aware that the new CFO of BOIL is the former CFO of Victoria Oil and Gas which went bust when Mr Collins was CFO ? Any thoughts ?
A real red flag.
A much better O+G play is TRP which has a market cap much much lower than BOIL and is close to a farm in for its offshore Cameroon operation.
We all know you think TRP is pants. Yet you need to post our views on a bank holiday weekend in a share you don't hold. if you think JA has told lies then pass on all your evidence to the FCA and the SFO.
I notice you like BOIL. Thier market cap is 4 x TRP's and they are years away from commercial oil if they find any that is.
Are you also aware that the new CFO of BOIL is the the former CFO of Victoria Oil and Gas which went bust when Mr Collins was CFO ? Any thoughts ?
Given your childish behaviour here I will now do likewise on the BOIL thread.
