"My opening up a DCU discussion whereby we all now have a clearer picture that we are unlikely to hit anywhere near 12.5p total"
Again this is your opinion and I think you are wrong. I expect the full 12.5p
"because HUR was sold cheap."
HUR was only sold cheap in your opinion as you were heavily underwater. Crystal Amber and myself were delighted by the deal as were mnany other shareholders.
"They were piqued because I truthfully posted I had been told by the horse's mouth that since HUR's purchase Prax had not engaged in purchase discussions with any other producing company,"
LOL
Well my horses mouth says the complete opposite of what you are saying. You are a liar.
"Those causing argument were 3 who bought in heavily at 6-7p for the DCU benefit then threw their weight behind the sale of HUR"
What complete and utter nonsense. I indeed bought at 6p-7p . I haven't started any argumnts. It is the lunatics like Senseman who have started every argument as they can't handle the fact i came out the Prax deal smelling of roses whilst they are nursing heavy losses.
Prax bought HUR mainly for the tax losses of $350 million. They would be insane not to buy some producing assets soon in order to use these tax losses. I expect a deal soon
Dear Kevin,
I appreciate that shareholders are eager for more comprehensive updates from the Company regarding the Historic Parcel however the entire process is subject to strict confidentiality clauses and Vast is only permitted to update shareholders with the wording explicitly prescribed by the legal advisers in Zimbabwe.
The Company are working hard to resolve this situation in short order at which point a more comprehensive update will be provided to investors.
In relation to your point about Andrew’s position, Andrew’s Romanian heritage and his connections across the country, and indeed further afield as demonstrated by recent developments in Tajikistan, mean that he is uniquely qualified for this position, and he continues to have the full support of the board. In addition, Andrew has spent much of the last 10 years working with the authorities in Zimbabwe – and spending a great deal of time in Harare over the past year, he is also well positioned to ensure the Historic Parcel is resolved.
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Best regards,
Susie
"A month ago I I expended several hours difficult grunt work ascertaining from 2 impeccable sources - whose position and interest would be advantaged to report that producing assets were being procured - that to date no such purchases had been attempted, and that no dialogue with any possible producing asset was currently occurring"
Where your 2 sources Elvis and The Queen ?
Your sources are way off the mark I can tell you. Prax will be utilising the HUR tax losses soon
