62 today and still fighting fit, I've had almost 30 years of extra life since major neurosurgery back in the early 1990's, you could say 30 years of borrowed time, but life is still good and I am still very well. They must have done a great job on me.

I am thankful for the care the NHS afforded me back then, I know things could be better with the health service but when the going gets rough for any of us it's the NHS we all ultimately rely on!!!
