Went on several training courses to run a pub once as many in my family ran pubs at one stage, in the end I bought a bed and breakfast, most of the pubs I viewed closed down when I had the BB...................
On one course one of the speakers ran 7 pubs, he sacked the cleaner for nicking a bottle of beer every day she cleaned in one of his pubs, after he sacked her 30 of her family stopped visiting his pub, he said he should of given her a few bottles per week, as he never found a better cleaner and lost her family drinkers and eaters.............. LOL
