I think it is very probable. MCap 7mln has no justification at the moment. Not with this year BOD performance and lies regarding Brockham Flow test.

It would only cost monies, and give the same or worst information to the market ,so there is a risk even.

They had well tested at 15000bpd short term a year ago. Now tested long term - they abandon the well. It assumed to be noncommercial.
