- Successfully protected IP and are awaiting next steps from Maxwell's infringement, in the same court as last judge who awarded Cap-xx $5m
- Direct sales channel growing with record order book levels

These are the facts.. and they are the results of years of work - so focus on that.

Speculation is ridic around a takeover.
We've turned into a manufacturing business from R&D business - have a multi-million £ manufacturing line with a huge order book which will turn Cap-xx into a healthy and profitable business.
It's quite literally game-changing.

Get the Maxwell court case out of your head. It is completely irrelevant to the value being realised here. Do you think Cannacord are investing heavily because of a court case potentially going our way? No. They will be looking at what is down on paper..

The chart has swung 14% this week with a high of 1.05p
To expand on my last post - on every single weekly pump up since 2017 there has then been a 50% drop afterwards.
Assuming history repeats itself that puts us at 0.6p in the near future.

If you focused more on the chart and less on being a flailing c-list Twitter celebrity you might build some credibility.

Agree Sarni - as PC01 says - the court case is the 'gravey'.
Fundamentals of the business have changed with the CAPEX purchase and order book inheritance.

Market cap of £3m
Deals being announced with no commercials
Fluff being sprouted again and again
BOD all but silent

And I haven't even mentioned the chart or the past 18months share price performance. Absolutely awful. Such a shame.

My guess is people were expecting a small retrace and opened shorts and are now panicking as its trying to run. Or Canaccord wants some more shares.
