Billy I most certainly agree with that I think things can only get better from now on for glen now them results are outa the way.
With its EBITDA down 26% I did put it at around the 230 mark from last year on results day

Billy yes forecast was EBITDA 11.25 billion and they came in at 11.6 billion which is a reasonable positive

DT if anything I take this as a god result with GLEN running in line with all the others AAL ANTO BHP RIO all down similar to GLEN so I think now that’s outa the way I can’t see any mega drops.
But I was expecting a drop at open to the 215 220 mark this morning but I’m sure it’s been priced in over the last 6 months however one never knows until it happens.
Now for KAZ Report Thursday which I think will be quite good as they beat their estimated prod target by a good margin.

Well with cooper down $50 from yesterday’s peak and Glenda holding ground at 234 now improving I’m quite happy with the market reaction lads how bout you ?

Not as bad a reaction as I was anticipating, I just done quick calculation from the price of glen when last years results came out it was at 313 now I took 26% off that which is their reduced earnings from 12 month ago and it comes out at a price of 230.5 so I recon this deficit in earnings has been priced in to a large degree.

Just an observation but we holding 235 quite comfortably

Morning Scoop, I agree debt up but that is on aqusitiions but profits well down so it’s looking grim what with copper down a bit today from yesterday if the market don’t like it then we could be in for a bad opening as I just can’t see anything good in the numbers.

Billy, Re funerals I know I still got a lot of friends and relations that are in the age bracket 75 to 85 that’s the danger area but I still got to get to the danger zone yet.

The analyst estimated EBITDA for ye 2019 @ 11.25 billion looks a touch worrying to me as last years EBITDA ye 2018 that I have just looked up was $15.8 billion now that’s a big drop 4.5 billion lower is it tin hat time or will the markets see this as on par with current share price.

Without, this is one of the reasons also other companies reporting have had a slowdown due to the virus.
